Radoš Rakuš is a painter and art historian. With his decades of work and exceptional creative energy, he represents one of the most prolific artists in Kraljevo. His ascetic personality and richness of imagination attract attention. His painting repertoire includes fish, birds, sheep (goats), and a cross. He is called a painter, who expresses himself symbolically, through a multitude of religious-Orthodox motives. It is expressive, spiritual painting, of exceptional purity and associativity. Radoš Rakuš was born in 1949 in Pljevlja. He finished art history at the Faculty of Philosophy in University of Belgrade. He lives in Kraljevo.
