In his work, he uses a pencil and a brush, and his lines are thin, clear, precise, intertwined, sometimes transparent, guided by the atmosphere and energy of the wilderness. Although a young artist, who still faces challenges, both artistic and life, Radović is the bearer of a spontaneous and miraculous dialogue between man and nature. The infinity of forest landscapes, created in the vision of a unique artistic view, highlight the author’s motif repertoire, which is reflected in the titles of the works: “Tree and Cloud”, “Birches”, “Trees”, “Forest” and others.

The exhibition was opened by Slobodan Jelić, a retired teacher of the Art School in Kraljevo, who was also Željko Radović’s class teacher. He looked back on his beginnings, that is, his student days, and stated that Radović’s works are needed be seen as an allegory of romantic anxiety with emotions ranging from ontological wonder to mythic or apocalyptic tragedy. His drawings manage to materialize time and the poetry of space through the exquisite use of light. By varying the naturalistic theme, the artist managed to create his own manner, centered on objects in themselves; absolute, almost mythical in their physical structure and their timeless presence.
