Veteran’s Commemorative Charter of Milan M. Obrenović IV was handed over to Milija Šućur from Gračac, a corporal of the Karanovac Battalion of the 1st class, as a participant in the wars of 1876-1878, and issued on December 28, 1878 in Belgrade. The charter was signed by the Minister of War Sava Grujić in the second Government of Stevča Mihailović.
